Title IX Training
  • All incoming freshman and transfer students are required to take on line Sexual Assault Prevention training, which includes primary prevention, bystander intervention and strategies to reduce your risk of sexual assaults.
  • Faculty and staff are required to take similar on line training during new hire orientation and every two years.
  • Title IX staff are required to take specialized training

Title IX Coordinator

Title IX personnel are required to complete training specific to their role in the College's Title IX process. 2020 updates to Title IX regulations (34 CFR Part 106.45(b)(10)) require that this training be posted on the College's website. You are authorized to view these materials but must comply with creators' copyrights.

Title IX Annual Training - 2023

All Title IX personnel shall receive training each academic year. The 2023 Title IX training was presented by the TSUS Office of General Counsel, presented by Darren G. Gibson of Littler Mendelson, P.C. January 11,12 and 25, 2023.
