IPEDS Data Feedback Reports

The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) is a national data‑collection program that gathers information (e.g., enrollment, graduation, finance, and human resources) from every postsecondary institution that is eligible to receive Title IV federal financial aid. These data support federal and state policy development; institutional planning, benchmarking, and peer analysis. Additional information about IPEDS can be found on the website https://nces.ed.gov/ipeds.

The Data Feedback Report provides LIT with meaningful context for reviewing the information submitted to IPEDS. The report includes a curated set of indicators of the institution's performance compared with a peer group of similar institutions. The Methodological Notes at the end of the report describe additional information about these indicators and the pre-selected comparison group.
