Answer:  Typical start wage is $35,000-$40,000 a year. After a small amount of field experience this wage can and will crowd 6 figures annually.

Answer:  Our placement rate is at or near 100% and has been for at least 20 years.
Question:  What are the physical requirements?
Answer:  A student will need to lift at least 40-50 lbs. unassisted; he or she will also need to     
be able to climb a ladder unassisted.
