Overview

The Associate of Science in Health Sciences provides a pathway for students that are interested in Allied Health and Nursing programs such as Dental Hygiene, Associate Degree Nursing, Licenses Vocational Nursing, Radiological Technician, Respiratory Therapy, Medical/Cardiac Sonography, Health Information Technology, etc.

 

What Will I Learn?

The Associate of Sciences in Health Sciences provides general educational core courses as well as courses specific for Allied Health and Nursing Programs.
 

What can I do with this Degree

Allied Health and Nursing programs have pre-required courses prior to entry into the specific program of study. This degree plan will provide the pathway to complete the pre-required courses of the chosen Allied Health or Nursing Program, along with providing core educational courses that will transfer to a four year university.
 

Degree Requirements

Students are required to complete 60 SCH of coursework, including the 42 SCH core curriculum which transfers to four-year institutions.
