To be eligible for this assistance, applicants must be:

  • 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment in the program
  • A United States (U.S.) citizen or a noncitizen authorized to work in the U.S.
    • AND
  • Compliant with the United States Selective Service System registration requirements (if male).

Please upload the following:

Copies of the following documents to confirm age and US working status:

  • Copy of your passport or passport card
    • OR
  • Copies of your driver’s license AND Social Security Card
