Course Description: Study of power outages and voltage complaints on distribution systems. Includes lockout-tagout procedures, safety grounds, backfeed, induced voltage, causes of outages, and analyzing voltage complaints. This is a capstone course for the Certificate of Completion in Utility Line Technician Training.
