Dear Valued Customer,
Periodically, our Managed Hosting Engineers use the regular weekly Friday maintenance window of 02:00 am to 06:00 am US Eastern to do proactive and preventive maintenance to ensure the health of our systems and network infrastructure.
On Friday January 29th, 2010 between the hours of 02:00 am to 06:00 am US Eastern, the Managed Hosting Storage Infrastructure Team will be performing such preventative maintenance at our VA2 and VA3 data center. While we anticipate no interruption in service as a result of the work, it cannot be entirely ruled out that we might have to restart services on a few client systems if the need warrants. Hence we are performing the work during the normal maintenance window to minimize any potential risk.
