BEAUMONT – The Lamar Institute of Technology Workforce Training and Continuing Education Department will present “Journey of a Lifetime,” a visual trip to the Holy Land, from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22.
The presentation will be at LIT’s Multi-Purpose Center, room 172, at 802 E. Lavaca.
The pictorial will retrace the paths taken by Abraham, Moses, the Holy Family and Kings Saul and David, among others. Attendees will see photographs of the Great Pyramids, Mt. Sinai, Masada and Jerusalem.
Jim Robbins will present the journey. The event is free to seniors older than 55, LIT faculty, staff and students. All others will be charged $5.
