Restaurant/Institutional Food Management Program
Job Duties: Assist Program Coordinator in the Lab Located at Taylor Center Kitchen. Assist with students as they learn basic cooking skills, knife skills, food preparation. Maintaining the lab facility itself; preparing lab for specified projects, prepping lab for assignments/projects; create grocery shopping list; assembling necessary items for required recipes as dictated by course syllabus; other duties as assigned.

Work Hours: To be determined by Program coordinator based on student availability and class schedule, not to exceed 20 hours per week, according to program guidelines.

Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs
Job Duties: Include, but are not limited to answering the telephone, reception, filing, making copies, running errands, making deliveries, typing routine memos and reports. May be assigned to attend and assist at orientation and other campus events. Assist in the office of the President as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
